The themes addressed by Vox Scripturae are linked to the field of Christian theology, with particular consideration given to its main subfields, namely Old and New Testament Biblical Theology, Historical-Systematic Theology, and Practical Theology. They also take into account theology’s dialogue with other fields of knowledge, and vice versa, as well as ecumenical dialogue among different ecclesiastical traditions and interreligious dialogue between Christian theology and other religions. Accordingly, each issue of Vox Scripturae is organized into six sections, the first of which is reserved for the journal’s editors, each with its respective policies:
- Editorial: Presents an overview of the content of each issue, highlighting special aspects of its articles; published annually in the month of December.
- Dossier: A space for articles related to a special theme chosen by the Editorial Board, with the aim of inviting the academic community to contribute to the studies developed and proposed in the institution’s programs and research lines; external researchers are also invited to submit their own thematic proposals in the role of Guest Editor; published annually according to its own call.
- Invited Articles: contributions by authors invited by the journal’s Editorial Board that fall within the journal’s scope.
