Abstract

To enable the Influence of lutheran Churches in the Societies nowadays, we need to start a Dialog between the lutheran Theology and the political Theory. Through the procedimental conception of Justice John Rawls’ and the humanrights approach Martha Nussbaum’s we aim to bring philosophical-political conception of Justice in Dialog with theologicalethical concepts from Martin Luther.
